Ginger Kombucha has a sweet spiced flavor with a hint of lemon. Popular with those who enjoy crisp and spicy flavors! Will become more dry and sparkling a few weeks after bottling.

Pick ups are available at the following locations and times:

Wednesday evenings from 4-6pm, at the Wednesday Fresh Market at Irving Theatre. Items will be in the green room fridge, labeled for each customer. If you have bottles to return, please leave your empty bottles in the box to the side of the fridge. Thanks!

Saturday mornings 9am-12:30pm, at Garfield Farmer’s Market. Items will be at the Mad Famer’s Collective/SymbiSoda booth. Bottles can be returned in person at Garfield Market.

SymbiSodas are lightly fermented and have fresh probiotic cultures. As a beverage with live cultures, kombucha will continue to ferment in the bottle, which can change the flavor, by increasing carbonation and acidity. Keeping the kombucha well chilled with preserve the taste and quality for as long as possible. In general it is recommended to drink the kombucha within a month for best quality.

Keep Refrigerated! Kombucha naturally contains a trace amount of alcohol.
