For the love of bubbles…

SymbiSoda began as a desire to have a steady supply of fresh, bubbly, fruity, and affordable beverages at home.

Since 2020, Jasper has been refining their kombucha brewing techniques.

SymbiSoda began with a classic ginger soda, and then explored a variety of fruit flavors. The latest additions include three signature tea blends, including herbal and more traditional caffeinated blends.

SymbiSoda’s Kombucha, Iced Tea, and Loose Leaf Tea blends are made with love, at Leo’s Kitchen, located at Frieden’s UCC.

We also use high quality locally filtered water from Leo’s Alkaline H20. The proof is in the pudding (or the tea ;). Our kombuchas and teas have been more flavorful and robust ever since!

SymbiSoda uses organic ingredients to brew a lightly fermented and crisply carbonated soda with fruit and herbal flavors.

Just because kombucha is fermented doesn’t mean it needs to taste like vinegar! Every batch is taste and pH tested along the way to make sure that our final sodas are balanced and a pleasure to drink.
